By renting an Electro Bicycle from our service, you agree to follow all the terms and conditions mentioned by the company. The bicycle must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Riders are required to provide valid ID proof at the time of booking, and in some cases, a refundable security deposit may apply. The bicycle should be inspected by the rider before use, including brakes, tires, lights, and battery status. Any issues must be reported immediately to our support team. The rider is fully responsible for the safety and proper handling of the bicycle during the rental period. Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or accidents will be chargeable as per the company’s repair or replacement policy. In case of loss or theft, full responsibility lies with the rider. The bicycle must be returned on time to the designated location in the same condition as provided. Late returns may incur additional charges. Our electric bicycles are intended for personal use only and cannot be used for illegal activities, racing, or any unsafe behavior. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel rentals in case of policy violations or safety concerns. By completing the booking, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
