You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges (original and return) are refundable only when the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. In some cases we can offer an exchange — contact support to check availability.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will expedite a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
